Welcome to WoollyPix. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website and online utilities (collage makers, grid splitters, etc.). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Service & Restrictions

We provide local-first web-based image manipulation tools.

  • Free & Registration-Free: Our core services are currently free to access for the public and do not require registering an account.
  • Content Legality: You represent and warrant that any media you process using our services does not violate any local laws and does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademark rights, privacy, or proprietary rights.
  • Acceptable Conduct: You must not attempt to disrupt our site, bypass client-side code validation, introduce malicious scripts, or perform any attacks that degrade web performance.

2. Intellectual Property

  • User Files: We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over files you process. You hold full ownership of all assets generated by you.
  • Site Content: All scripts, graphics, source code, logos, interface styling, templates, and default assets are the property of WoollyPix or its licensors. Unauthorized copying of our UI or assets for commercial replication is prohibited.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. We explicitly declare:

  • No Quality Warranties: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility across all device architectures. We are not liable for any service crashes or device lag.
  • Local Data Custody: Since we do not store files on cloud servers, any template saved locally is stored in your browser's Local Storage. If you delete your browser cookies or cache, we cannot recover this data and are not liable for any loss.
  • User Liability: You bear full responsibility for the social and legal consequences of distributing images generated by our tools.

4. Adjustments to Service

We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate tools or page layouts at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of our domicile.
